Reiki 1 is an Initiation into Reiki-Universal Life Force energy—the energy of Wholeness, of Love. Connecting with it is relaxing, deeply healing and cherishing and is a joy. Little is expected of you. You are merely asked to receive and during these two precious days you will receive a series of 4 deeply healing Transmission Attunements that reconnects you to the depths of your own self-healing capacity.
You are already a healer - everyone is—but the attunements awakens your memory.
Your subtle bodies undergo a quickening as you encompass and integrate this new awakening.
Anything that is in the way of you becoming a healer is helped to be purified in the attunement.
During Reiki 1 you receive 4 attunements. The 4th one opens you to Reiki for all time.
During each Reiki level there is usually a strong detoxification or reaction of events, which lasts for around 21 days. You are taught how to take care of yourself during this time to help the process and how to do the intentional Reiki self-healing each day.
