Hi, so you are a foreigner in Bangalore and don’t really know anybody. Well you just came to the right place to make cool friends.

We are the Bangalore Expatriate Club or BEC, a social club whose only aim is to get cool, professional expatriates networking together in pubs, clubs, restaurants, social gatherings etc here in Bangalore so we can all share each other’s global experiences and make truly wonderful friends along the way. We can also mutually help each other get settled in this city and adjust to the culture during our stay here. We also have several mini clubs within BEC such as a writers group, an acting/improv group, an expat rock band, a community service group, and many more. Once you are a member, depending on your area(s) of interest, you will be able to join a group that shares your passion/hobby. You will also receive our monthly newsletter that comprises interesting articles by our members, restaurant reviews, new member news, upcoming event information etc.

This is not a dating club or one with an "open to all" membership policy. You must meet the criteria in the "Join us" page to qualify for membership. The club directors may choose to make exceptions on a case by case basis.

We have many future plans that also include parties, karaoke nights, visits to art galleries plus travel within India to see the amazing wildlife, to enjoy the beaches, to go trekking and hiking and to pursue many other hobbies. So whether you’re looking for travel buddies, sports enthusiasts, musicians, writers, actors, photographers or just partyholics, this is the place to network with them.
